Final design process and simulation

During the final design process and simulation, we add corrections, postings, metatarsal pads, heel cups, heights and thicknesses etc

This then enables us to produce a final view before fabrication. Our Orthotic specialists review and check that everything is correct, and all criteria are met, performing a final check for any abnormalities.

Once all aspects are deemed satisfactory, only then are the orthotics ready for production.
